Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy which helps emotional healing by utilising the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours.

This heightened state of awareness is reached using skilled relaxation techniques which allow the hypnotherapist to then make appropriate suggestions and help the client deal with their bad habits, fears, phobia's or issues from childhood, trauma or negative feelings & emotions which are effecting you're daily life. This allows the individual to move forward positively in their life without the negativity associated with the past issue.

Personalised Therapy

Annette Rix Therapies stands out by offering a comprehensive blend of therapies including Hypnotherapy, NLP, Kinetic Shift, EFT and TIK, working with the subconcious mind to create deep, positive change for a wide range of issues.

A personal consultation is carried out for each client during the 1st therapy session. A treatment plan is then created according to the individual needs of the client. The first appointment is 1.5 Hours

following sessions can be either 1 Hour or 1.5 Hours

My goal is to help you, not time you.

Sessions are available bothe in person and via zoom across the UK
